Mounting

Mounting the inductive CANbus reader.

 

Connection Supply voltage and CANbus signals are connected to the box: PIN1: Plus, 8-40 VDC PIN2: Minus, 8-40 VDC PIN3: CAN_L (low) PIN4: CAN_H (High)   Note - the mounting box must be used and must not be removed
Connector Terminal contacts are mounted on wires: One terminal contact is mounted on each of the 4 wires Each wire is pushed into the housing as shown in the drawing above until a click is heard   Note - the extraction tool must be used if the terminal contact must be removed from the connector
CANbus CANbus wires are mounted as shown in the drawing: CAN_H and CAN_L wires are fastened in their own grooves The reader is closed   Note - it is important that CANbus wires are mounted correctly in relation to CANbus high and low
