Configuration

Use this page to connect EnergyLogger to the shared communication subsystem and enable logging for the meter profiles that EnergyLogger must use.

Shared Communication Setup

Configure the shared driver profile on the generic communication pages first:

Communication settings for model, network profile, gateway profile, slot, address, timeout, retry, owner group, and read interval
Monitoring settings for negative-value checks, counter rollback checks, and device logging
Network profiles and Gateway profiles when the built-in profile details must be checked

EnergyLogger Logging

EnergyLogger only logs a profile when the selected driver profile is enabled, assigned to a valid slot, and configured with an active logging interval.

The slot number links the driver profile to the matching energy, heat, or water-meter assignment used by EnergyLogger.

When a valid assignment period exists for that slot, EnergyLogger starts logging for the assigned customer and uses the selected interval until the active period ends or the assignment changes.

Set the logging interval on the relevant driver profile in Monitoring settings.

1: Hourly logging
2: 24-hour logging cycle

Use the product-specific slot mapping for the installation so the logging profile matches the correct assigned meter.
