WaterStation Civil Works Installation

Installation of WaterStation well models and accessories.

Important - Always check the handover procedure to ensure that the product is handed over according to the requirements.

Installation applies to the following models:

• WAS DN80-1 SA /B TIN
• WAS DN80-2 SA /B TIN
• WAS DN80-3 SA /B TIN
• WAS DN80-3 SA /B /H TIN

Burial

• The well is placed below ground.
• The burial depth depends on the desired height of the riser pipe above the finished terrain.

Anchoring

Solid material must be used to secure the well against buoyancy:

• Minimum 30 cm stabilizing gravel must be placed on top of and around the base plate.
• Minimum 15 cm stabilizing gravel must be used outside the base plate.

For example, if the base plate is 100x100 cm, the stabilizing gravel must fill 30x115x115 cm (HxWxL).

Heavy Traffic

If WaterStation is used in areas with heavy traffic, a concrete ring must be established and finished with a well frame and cover:

• The well frame must be placed above the riser pipe.
• The concrete ring must be cast around the well frame.

Pedestrian Traffic

If WaterStation is used in green areas or areas with pedestrian traffic, it can be finished with an aluminium cover.
