Connection of BioWatch cabinets and accessories.

 

Connection applies to:

• BWA YD series.

Overview

The following must be connected:

• Main cable for power supply to the cabinet
• Motor cable for power supply to the motor

The following can be connected: (options)

• Control cable for external signals, for example start/stop
• A clock for automatic start/stop can be installed and connected in the cabinet
• A timer for automatic stop can be installed and connected in the cabinet

 

Note that jumpers must be installed if options etc. are not used.

Main cable

Connection of main cable.

• The main cable is mounted directly on the main switch

 

 

Motor cable

Connection of motor cable.

• The motor cable is connected as star/delta

• Set the motor protection to 0.58 x the motor current consumption

 

Control cable

Connection of external start/stop and motor Klixon.

• Jumper must be fitted if the option is not used

 

Clock

Connection of clock for automatic start/stop (option).

• The clock is connected internally in the cabinet

 

Timer

Connection of timer for automatic stop (option).

• The timer is connected internally in the cabinet

• Jumper must be fitted if the option is not used
