OceanWatcher Temperature Sensor Settings

Setup Flow

• For analog temperature sensors, configure TMIN#, TMAX#, VRDMPV#, and VRDMPT# on the main OceanWatcher settings page.
• For 1-Wire temperature sensors, configure discovery, channel mapping, alarms, and optional export on 1-Wire Temperature Setup and Alarms.
• For values that must be sent to Emiko, continue with DataGuard via analog inputs or DataGuard via 1-Wire.

Infrared Sensor

Different surfaces can have different emissivity and therefore different thermal radiation even when the actual temperature is the same.

The EMS value is factory-set to 0.93 for temperature measurement on water surfaces.
