Install FlexVander

Use this page to enter the correct installation route. The controller model decides the wiring and available inputs and outputs.

Before You Start

• Read the full controller model from the label.
• Use the approved drawing and the IO list for that exact model.
• Isolate all power and follow the site lockout procedure.
• Use a qualified electrician for mains and control wiring.

Do This

1. Choose the exact FlexVander model.
2. Open both the installation page and IO list shown for that model.
3. Mount the enclosure as specified and protect it from water, heat, impact, and cable strain.
4. Connect protective earth, supply power, pump control, run feedback, stop circuits, sensors, and communication as shown.
5. Check every termination against the drawing before power is restored.

Verify

• The controller label matches the selected documentation.
• The enclosure, cable entries, protective earth, and supply are secure.
• Each control, feedback, stop, sensor, and communication wire matches the approved drawing.
• No exposed conductor, loose strand, or unapproved bridge remains.

Restore power only after the electrical inspection is complete. Functional testing belongs to commissioning.

If It Fails

• If the model is unclear, stop and compare the label with Technical Documents.
• If a drawing or IO list is missing, do not substitute another model. Request the controlled document.
• If a signal is absent after power-up, isolate the installation before checking the field wiring.
