Choose the Access Method

Access does not make a phone number a notification recipient. Add alarm and operating-message recipients on Notification Recipients.

Set Up Emiko Access

1. Confirm that FlexVander is assigned to the Partner's correct Emiko Site.
2. Sign in as the Partner and confirm that the FlexVander equipment is visible.
3. Approve only the customers and employees who need daily operation access.
4. Open FlexVander with an approved user and confirm that its status can be viewed.

If the equipment or user is missing, complete Onboarding And Assignment or check Access, Permissions And Control.

Set Up Optional SMS and Voice Access

Send setup messages to the mobile number used by the FlexVander controller. Prefix each setup message with the active CODE, unless it is sent from the configured ADMIN phone number.

1. Change the default CODE before handover.
2. Add an ADMIN phone number when a trusted technician needs SMS setup access.
3. Add a USER phone number only when that person needs optional SMS or voice pump operation.
4. From each approved phone, test one supported status or pump command and compare the reply with the physical pump state.

Verify Access Before Handover

• An approved Emiko user can see the correct FlexVander equipment.
• The default SMS setup code is no longer active.
• Optional SMS and voice access works only from the approved phone numbers.
• Notification recipients match the separate notification plan.
