FlexVander notification recipients

Use this page only to add recipients for SMS, email, or voice notifications from the equipment. Emiko App users, passwords, and access rights are managed through Emiko access, not on this page.

Use Emiko access for Partner and approved Customer or employee operation.
Use additional message recipients for optional alarm, service, or command-message workflows.
Keep recipient lists current so messages go to people who still have responsibility for the installation.

Emiko access and notification recipients

Emiko access and notification recipients serve different purposes.

Approved users in Emiko App can see the map and operate pumps when approved by the Partner.
Local USER or ADMIN pump access can allow local SMS or voice pump commands where the installation supports them. It does not add the phone number to this recipient list.
Notification recipients are phone numbers or email addresses stored in the controller for SMS, email, voice, or service-related message delivery.
Direct command replies go only to the person who sent the command, not to the configured notification recipients.
Alarm and system messages can be sent to the configured recipients even when normal FlexVander operating messages are disabled.

Recommended setup order

Approve normal operating users through Emiko access.
Create only the SMS, email, or voice recipients that must receive equipment messages.
Use RECSHOW to verify the stored recipients before handover.
Review recipients when staffing, service responsibility, or alarm handling changes.

Best practice

Create only the recipients who need operational messages from the equipment. For example, if the power supply fails or a pump stops, the recipient list should contain the people who must react to that situation.

Use SMS recipients for urgent device messages when SMS is part of the installation.
Use email recipients when written follow-up or distribution to an operations mailbox is required.
Use voice recipients only when voice-call notification is required for the installation.
Review recipients when staffing or service responsibility changes.

Review recipients

Review the configured message recipients when you need to verify who receives SMS, email, voice, or service-related messages outside the normal Emiko App flow. Keep this list separate from normal Emiko App access approval.
