Emiko is hosted in Curanet/team.blue Denmark infrastructure for the relevant Cloud Resource Pool environment. Hosting, backup and restore are separate resilience layers and are not contractual service terms by themselves.
The hosted Emiko environment is described as Curanet/team.blue Denmark cloud infrastructure in Danish/EU datacentre environments.
Curanet/team.blue Denmark provider assurance includes ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification for relevant IaaS and infrastructure services, plus ISAE 3000 and ISAE 3402 Type 2 assurance reports for relevant hosting and control areas.
The standard hosting-provider backup setup for the relevant hosted environment includes storage snapshots every 2 hours, retained for 2 days, and daily Veeam backup retained for 30 days.
Veeam backups are externally replicated to a separate location. This provides restore points with 2-hour intervals for the first 2 days and daily restore points for up to 30 days.
In addition to the hosting-provider backup operated by Curanet/team.blue Denmark, Vikingegaarden operates an additional independent backup layer using Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud.
The current Acronis backup storage location is Acronis EU2/FRA2, Germany (Frankfurt region), with geo-redundancy enabled.
This additional backup layer provides extra third-party backup protection and reduces dependency on a single backup mechanism.
Standard restore points are based on the backup layers described above. Backup cadence and restore-point availability describe backup protection; they are not an uptime, RTO, RPO or disaster-recovery promise.
Enhanced resilience topics such as immutable backup, extended retention, scheduled restore testing, stronger recovery objectives or disaster recovery are handled through the relevant service scope or customer security review.
