It explains the site-level legal framework for the documentation site itself. It does not replace signed agreements, service terms, subscription terms, data processing agreements, quotations, or customer-specific contract documents used in other Vikingegaarden systems.

Vika Help is a public documentation site for installation, configuration, operation, troubleshooting and maintenance information.
The site is not the system of record for customer agreements, order handling, ERP workflows, account management or contractual service handling. Those processes belong in the relevant Vikingegaarden business systems, including the main website, customer communication channels and Odoo where applicable.
Privacy and cookie handling are now described on separate pages so they remain easier to review and link directly.

Vika Help is provided to support real use of Vikingegaarden products and systems. The documentation is prepared carefully, but it is still general documentation and must be read together with the actual product scope, configuration, safety requirements and approved delivery.
Nothing on this site creates a separate warranty, SLA, service promise or contract term by itself. If documentation text conflicts with mandatory law, signed agreements, approved quotations, product-specific safety instructions or validated technical delivery details, those sources take precedence.
Unless otherwise stated, the documentation, text, illustrations, diagrams, screenshots, graphics, downloads and layout on this site are protected by copyright and related rights held by Vikingegaarden A/S or the relevant rights holder.
You may use the material for normal reading, internal reference, customer operation and service work related to Vikingegaarden deliveries. You may not republish, sell, systematically copy, redistribute, modify in a misleading way, remove attribution, or reuse trademarks, logos or protected assets without prior written permission.
This site links to other Vikingegaarden services and external destinations such as the main website and the Emiko App. Those destinations have their own legal, privacy and cookie handling.
Vikingegaarden may update this page when the documentation site, linked services or compliance setup changes.
