Emiko supports multiple onboarding paths, depending on whether Vikingegaarden or a Reseller performs the onboarding and whether equipment is assigned directly or through a Reseller context.
Organization Onboarding
There are three primary onboarding paths in Emiko.
Vikingegaarden invites an electrical company, installer, distributor, or similar organization. When accepted, that organization becomes a Reseller with extended reseller permissions.
A Reseller creates one or more Partner Organizations.
Vikingegaarden can also onboard a Partner directly without a Reseller in between.
Current Equipment Assignment Model
Equipment can enter the right operating context in two current ways.
Equipment can be assigned directly to a Partner.
Equipment can be assigned to a Reseller first and then forwarded into the right Emiko Site.
The correct assignment path depends on the commercial and operational setup.
What Onboarding Must Achieve
The onboarding flow must do more than create a login. It must place organizations, users, and equipment into the correct responsibility chain.
The correct Emiko Organization must own the operational context and Emiko Sites.
The correct users must be able to request or receive access.
The correct equipment must be visible in the correct Emiko Site.
What Comes Next
The next step is to explain how Partners approve access, how permissions are limited, and how the platform keeps control aligned with the correct responsibility chain.
