Before You Start

• Confirm whether Vikingegaarden or a Reseller owns the onboarding step.
• Confirm the Partner Organization and the Site that will own daily operation.
• Identify the equipment that must be assigned.

Do This

Onboard The Organization

1. Vikingegaarden invites a Reseller, or a Reseller creates a Partner Organization.
2. When no Reseller is involved, Vikingegaarden may onboard the Partner directly.
3. Create the required Emiko Site under the Partner Organization.

Assign The Equipment

• Assign the equipment directly to the Partner Site, or
• assign it to the Reseller first and forward it to the correct Partner Site.

Verify

• The correct Organization owns the Site.
• The correct users can request or receive access.
• The equipment is visible in the correct Site.

If It Fails

• Check whether the equipment is still assigned to the Reseller.
• Check that the selected Site belongs to the intended Partner Organization.
• Check access separately if the equipment is assigned correctly but the user cannot see it.
