Emiko is real-time by design. Operational users do not work in a manual refresh workflow. State changes, alarms, icon colors, and live values are intended to update dynamically as the system changes.
Live Operational State
Alarms are shown as part of the live operational view when the underlying state changes.
Icon states change when the underlying operating state changes.
Live values are shown as current operational data, not as delayed snapshots.
No Manual Refresh Mindset
Emiko is designed so that day-to-day users should not depend on manual refresh behavior to see the current operational state.
History Still Matters
Real-time views and historical views belong to the same ecosystem.
Real-time views support active operation and response.
Graphs and reports support follow-up, trend analysis, and logged history.
Instant values and historical values therefore support each other instead of living in separate systems.
Daily Use After Onboarding
After onboarding, Partners and Customers can operate supported services and equipment themselves in daily use.
This supports 24/7 day-to-day operation inside the platform.
The platform is built so users can help themselves once the correct onboarding and access are in place.
Reseller or Vikingegaarden support can still be used when Customers want assistance with setup, changes, or managed operation.
The operating model remains flexible. Some users handle daily operation themselves after onboarding, while others prefer Reseller-assisted or Vikingegaarden-assisted operation. Emiko supports both without changing the core access model.
What Comes Next
The next step is to explain how service sessions can work in the app flow and how the ecosystem can support more than one commercial variant without changing the core access model.
