Roles And Ownership
Your role determines what you manage, what you can see, and which Emiko surface you use.
Choose Your Role
Vikingegaarden
Owns the platform, onboards Resellers or Partners, makes equipment available, and can support managed operation.
Reseller
Uses Emiko Console to create Partner Organizations and Sites where permitted, onboard users, and support equipment or services. A Reseller cannot create another Reseller.
Partner
Owns and operates its Organization and Sites. The Partner manages users, permissions, access, equipment, and daily operation.
Customer
May be an individual, employee, company, contractor, guest, or service user. A Customer uses Emiko App within granted access and is not an administrative account type.
Keep Ownership Clear
- The Partner is the center of operational ownership.
- A Reseller can onboard and support without replacing Partner ownership.
- A Customer acts only within granted access.
- Administrator access is a permission level, not a role.
