FlexGylle Maintenance

The FlexGylle system must be maintained according to the following instructions.

Check the Slurry Level in the Tank

Check the slurry level at least every 6 months:

1. Physically measure the slurry level in the tank.
2. Send the SMSSMS is a text message that can be sent or received with a mobile phone. command GYS, which replies with the currently measured slurry level.
3. Compare the two level measurements. They must be approximately the same, with a maximum difference of 10 cm.

Clean the Measuring Pipe and Transmitter

Clean the measuring pipe and transmitter at least every 12 months, or when the tank is emptied:

1. Mark a point on the pressure transmitter cable so the transmitter can be removed and reinstalled at the same height.
2. Remove the pressure transmitter and clean it with lukewarm water.
3. Flush the measuring pipe clean of slurry residue.
4. Return the pressure transmitter to the pipe and install it at the same height.
