Reseller, Partner And Customer Views
Visibility follows responsibility, access, and the Organization or Site context.
Reseller View
A Reseller can see an overview of the Partners the Reseller has created or supports.
The Reseller can select a Partner and enter that Partner's Emiko Site to work there.
The Reseller does not see the internal operational state of other Resellers' Partners.
The Reseller has extended permissions to create Partner Organizations and Sites, but cannot create another Reseller.
The Reseller must enter the relevant Emiko Site to work with configuration and support tasks for that Partner.
Partner View
The Partner view is the operational center for the Emiko Organization and Emiko Sites that belong to that Partner.
The Partner sees the Partner's own equipment, status, access, and operational relationships.
The Partner controls approval, access scope, and local operating rules.
The Partner view is where local operation and daily follow-up are managed in Emiko Console.
Customer View
The Customer works from Emiko App inside the granted scope.
The Customer sees the equipment or services the Partner has allowed.
The Customer does not automatically inherit full Partner visibility.
The visible scope depends on granted access and the company or individual identity being used.
The Customer works only within the granted scope and does not act as a Partner-level operator.
Local And Central Visibility
Emiko supports both local and central operational patterns.
A local user may work inside only one Emiko Site.
A central user may work across several Emiko Sites.
The same principle applies whether the Emiko Sites are locations, facilities, installations, or other operating areas.
Alarms Follow Context
A Partner sees alarms in the Partner context. A Reseller sees alarms after entering the selected Partner context. A Customer sees only alarms and operational information within the approved scope.
Next Step
For company use, keep employees inside one approved company context.
