Troubleshooting Check identity, Site, access, and assignment in that order.
Before You Start
Note whether you use Emiko App or Emiko Console. Note your role and the expected Partner or Site. Identify the affected equipment or service.
Do This
Confirm that you use the access surface for your role. Confirm that you signed in with the intended identity. Open the correct Organization or Site. Check that the Partner approved the required scope. For missing equipment, confirm that it is assigned to the correct Site.
Verify
The expected Site opens. The approved equipment or service is visible. The available actions match the approved scope. Live or historical information appears in the relevant product view.
If It Fails
You Can Sign In, But See Nothing
Ask the Partner to confirm the Site, approval, and access scope. One login does not grant access automatically.
The Equipment Is Missing
Ask the Partner or Reseller to confirm that the equipment is assigned or forwarded to the correct Partner Site.
One Employee Works, Another Does Not
Confirm that both employees belong to the approved company context and have the required permission.
The Site Is Visible, But Live Data Is Not
Continue in the relevant Equipment troubleshooting page. Connectivity and product behaviour belong to the Equipment owner.
Next Step
Before escalation, record the login surface, identity method, role, Organization, Site, affected equipment or service, and the time of the problem.
