The FlexGylle concept monitors one or more slurry tanks for seepage, leakage, sudden release, and overfilling. A pressure transmitter is installed in each slurry tank and constantly registers level changes in the slurry.
When a release is registered, messages can be sent to one or more users by SMS, email, or voice call.
If the supply voltage is lost, FlexGylle immediately sends a message and continues on the internal battery. Monitoring is switched off, and the level measurements are frozen until the supply voltage is connected again.
Methane monitoring can reduce false alarms. During slurry storage, gas bubbles can form and affect the measured level. Activating methane monitoring helps handle this condition.
Monitoring can be temporarily disarmed when the slurry tank is emptied or stirred. Disarming can be done with a button or by sending an SMS.
For remote slurry tanks without a power supply, a FlexGylle solar-cell system can be installed.
Bottom sludge can be handled in the setup. The FlexGylle pressure transmitter is placed above the bottom sludge, and the bottom-sludge thickness is configured.
FlexGylle constantly registers the slurry level. As the level rises, the system automatically sets a new setpoint.
If the level falls below the setpoint, a message is sent. Each time a message is sent, the system sets a new setpoint. If the level continues to fall, the alarm repeats until the system is disarmed or until the level stabilizes.
