Some supported installed equipment can be assessed for upgrade to Emiko as a service offering. The upgrade depends on the installed hardware platform, communication path, site conditions, and available product software.
The goal is to bring eligible installed equipment into the Emiko Ecosystem without replacing equipment unnecessarily.
Upgrade assessment is product-specific. FlexVander and FlexGuard are listed first. Add more product families only after their installed controller support and product software path have been confirmed.
Identify the installed controller before promising Emiko, Legacy VMS, or continued support. FlexVander upgrade assessment depends on the controller platform and the installed product software.
