Troubleshoot WeatherStation values from the field instrument toward Emiko. A missing or wrong value can be caused by the sensor, wiring, source setup, DataGuard setup, mobile connection, or Emiko assignment.
No value in Emiko
Confirm that the WeatherStation equipment is visible under the correct Emiko Site.
Confirm that the controller has supply and mobile connection.
Confirm that the source value is live in the controller setup.
Confirm that DataGuard reporting is enabled for the same source channel or driver profile index.
Confirm that the value is reported under WeatherStation with the correct equipment type and data type.
Value is stale
Driver DataGuard values are skipped when the driver does not have a fresh valid value. Check sensor power, bus wiring, address, communication profile, timeout, and retries before changing DataGuard logging settings.
Value appears under the wrong equipment
Check the equipment type mapping. WeatherStation driver values should use DEVEQT# 23. Analog and 1-Wire DataGuard paths use their own equipment type parameters.
Thies package does not send all three values
For the Thies Hydro Termo Baro package, DEVDATATYPE# 8000 sends temperature, pressure, and humidity only when the selected driver profile is enabled, matched to the supported profile, and has a fresh valid read.
Analog value is wrong
Confirm the transmitter output type: 4-20 mA or 0-10 V.
Confirm the analog input jumper and scaling setup.
Confirm the transmitter range against the nameplate or datasheet.
Verify the raw value before changing DataGuard reporting.
Digital or counter value is missing
Digital input and counter values depend on the delivered setup path for the installation. Confirm the pulse signal and input wiring first, then confirm whether DataGuard reporting is released for that value path.
