Shared Runtime Diagnostics and Service Commands

Use this page for shared runtime commands that help identify the equipment, review runtime status, and perform controlled service actions.

Status and Identification

Use these commands when the installation must be identified, when support needs version or license information, or when stored runtime status must be reviewed.

Command Function
RECSHOW Shows stored recipients and selected runtime information.
VER Shows firmware version and serial number.
SIGNAL Shows the current mobile signal strength.
LICENSEINFO Shows installed licenses and related license information.

Service Actions

Use these commands only during controlled service work where the operating effect is understood in advance.

Test Reply

Use this command when a quick confirmation is needed that the equipment can receive a command and return a reply.

Command Function
TEST Sends a fixed test reply that confirms connectivity and reports the equipment serial number.

Restart and Reset

Use these commands only when the equipment can be taken temporarily out of normal operation.

Command Function
RESET

Resets the equipment to default values and deletes all stored data and parameters.

  • The reset can take up to 10 minutes to complete.
  • All stored data is deleted and all parameters are reset to default values.
  • Licenses and passwords are not changed.
  • If the equipment is connected to Emiko, the reset is followed by a full synchronization with the backend.
  • The equipment may restart several times.
RESTART

Restarts the full runtime in the equipment.

  • Active runtime functions and communication are temporarily interrupted.
  • Use it only when a temporary service interruption is acceptable.
  • Stored settings are not reset.
