Use this page to configure the shared identity and access model for runtime-based products. This includes the system code, administrator password, and the registered phone numbers that act as users or administrators.
The listed default values can be changed to match the installation.
Configure identity and access before remote control, outputs, or other state-changing functions are put into service.
Use the same access model consistently across service staff, operators, and any phone-based control workflow.
System Passwords
Start by securing the shared passwords that protect the runtime access model.
System Code
Use the system code as the shared controller-level password that protects sensitive runtime access.
The shipped default is the controller serial number until the installation changes it.
Use the current code and the new code separated by a colon.
Store the system code securely. If it is lost, the controller may need supplier service.
After the shared passwords are defined, register the phone numbers that may operate shared runtime functions without sending the shared administrator password every time.
Users
Use users for phone-number-based identities that need limited operating rights.
Use full phone numbers with country code.
Use users for operators who need controlled day-to-day access but not full administrative control.
In shared runtime, access is controlled through SYSCODE, CODE, USER, and ADMIN.
Use stricter access when outputs or state-changing functions are available remotely.
Keep the access model aligned with the actual support and operator roles in the installation.
Best Practice
Change the shipped passwords before the installation is put into service.
Use ADMIN for technicians who need full control and USER for operators who need limited access.
Review the identity setup before enabling remote control or other active commands.
