Shared Runtime Identity and Access

Use this page to configure the shared identity and access model for runtime-based products. This includes the system code, administrator password, and the registered phone numbers that act as users or administrators.

System Passwords

Start by securing the shared passwords that protect the runtime access model.

System Code

Use the system code as the shared controller-level password that protects sensitive runtime access.

ParameterIndexRangeFormatDefaultExample
SYSCODE - 8..20 characters Current code:new code Unit serial number 1234 SYSCODE 11111111:22222222

Administrator Password

Use the administrator password as the shared fallback password for functions that require administrator-level runtime access.

ParameterIndexRangeFormatDefaultExample
CODE - 4..8 characters Text string 1234 1234 CODE 123abc

Phone-Based Access

After the shared passwords are defined, register the phone numbers that may operate shared runtime functions without sending the shared administrator password every time.

Users

Use users for phone-number-based identities that need limited operating rights.

ParameterIndexRangeFormatDefaultExample
USER - At least 8 characters Phone number with country code - 1234 USER +4599999999

Administrators

Use administrators for phone-number-based identities that need full operating rights.

ParameterIndexRangeFormatDefaultExample
ADMIN - At least 8 characters Phone number with country code - 1234 ADMIN +4555555555

How Access Is Controlled

In shared runtime, access is controlled through SYSCODE, CODE, USER, and ADMIN.
