RESTART Command

Use the command registered for the installed ProSoft software generation to restart the full runtime in the equipment.

For ProSoft 05.00 B39 and later, use RESTART.

The legacy commands are selected by software language. They are not simultaneous aliases.

Before You Send the Command

• Active runtime functions and communication are temporarily interrupted.
• Use the command only when a temporary service interruption is acceptable.
• Warn affected users before sending the command.
• Stored settings are preserved.
