A qualified person confirms safe electrical and hydraulic test conditions.
Valves, water supply, pump protection, and the downstream system are ready.
The correct Emiko Site is open and the test user has approved access.
The expected result and stop method are known for each pump.
Do This
Record the FlexVander model, controller serial number, drawing revision, and selected pump program.
Apply power and confirm that the controller reaches its normal ready state.
Check inactive inputs and outputs before a pump is started.
Start one allowed pump under safe conditions.
Confirm the physical pump, run feedback, FlexVander status, and Emiko status.
Stop the pump and confirm that the physical pump and feedback return to the safe stopped state.
Repeat the start and stop test for every pump allowed by the selected program.
Verify pressure control, meters, field values, and notifications when they are included.
Test the approved local operating method only when it is part of the delivery.
Record the result, changed settings, open defects, and handover owner.
Verify
Only pumps allowed by the selected program can be started.
Start and stop feedback follows the physical equipment.
Pressure and included values are plausible and use the expected names in Emiko.
Required alarms and notifications reach the approved recipients.
The Partner can complete a normal start, status check, and stop.
If It Fails
Return the installation to a safe state. Do not bypass a missing stop, feedback, or pressure condition. Record the exact failed step and observed state.
