FlexVander controls irrigation pumps at the pump location. Emiko gives approved users remote operation, live status, reports, and any field values included in the installation.

Choose a FlexVander model
Use the product and controller labels to identify the model. FlexVander Models is the single place to check current equipment, older installations, and Emiko compatibility before opening installation or IO documents.
FlexVander in Emiko
Emiko is the normal daily operating environment for new installations. Approved users can locate FlexVander, see its current state, start or stop the available pumps, and view the values enabled for that installation.
- The map provides the installation location and current state.
- Pump actions follow the selected FlexVander program.
- Pressure, energy, and field values appear only when their hardware and options are installed and configured.
Core pump control
The core FlexVander function is remote control and monitoring of field irrigation pumps.
- Program 1 controls up to 2 independent pressure pumps.
- Program 2 controls up to 2 pressure pumps together with a shared submersible pump.
- Operating status, total operating hours, operating time since the latest start, alarms, and selected live values can be followed from Emiko.
- Program selection, message recipients, pressure control, and optional values are configured according to the actual installation.
Options that add value in Emiko
FlexVander can add more irrigation follow-up when the installation includes the relevant sensors, meters, or Emiko Modules.
Pressure control
A pressure transmitter can be connected so the Partner can follow live operating pressure in Emiko. Pressure limits are adjusted electronically, and FlexVander can stop or alarm when the configured pressure conditions are not met.
Energy use per pump
Energy meters can show energy use per pump run and per pump. This helps the Partner see what irrigation costs in energy and gives a better basis for comparing fields, pumps, and operating periods.
Weather station values
Available inputs can be used for field measurements such as rainfall, soil temperature, humidity, wind, and wind direction when the required sensors are installed.
Forecast and warnings
When the relevant Emiko Modules or options are part of the solution, forecast and warning features can support irrigation planning, for example around expected rain, wind, evaporation, or conditions that need attention.
DataGuard is used when selected field sensor values must be forwarded and shown in Emiko as weather or field values.
Optional operation methods
Emiko is the preferred operating method for new installations. Depending on the installation, FlexVander can still also be operated by SMS, voice call, or local push button for service or existing operating workflows.
