Use this guide when the equipment cannot be operated as expected, when optional SMS or voice workflows do not respond, or when local signals need to be checked before escalation.
You should always receive a reply from the equipment when you send an SMS. See here how you can test SMS.
Use the IO list that matches the installed FlexVander hardware. Additional historic documentation is available in the archive document when needed for service.
The system must receive an operating signal from, for example, the pump contactor. If the signal is not received, check:
Retrieve the status of inputs and outputs.
