FlexVander Configuration

Before You Start

• Installation is complete and the wiring has been checked against the correct drawing.
• The pump layout, control logic, and approved pressure limits are known.
• The Partner and Emiko Site are confirmed.
• Safe test conditions are available for commissioning.

Do This

1. Select the pump program and required timing.
2. Set up Emiko and any approved local access.
3. Add only the required notification recipients.
4. Configure pressure control when a pressure transmitter is included.
5. Confirm every included meter or field sensor from the model IO page.
6. Record changed values and the reason for each non-default setting.

Verify

• The selected program matches the physical pump layout.
• Required users can see the correct FlexVander equipment.
• Recipients and optional local access are limited to the approved people.
• Pressure and other included values are plausible before they are used for control.

If It Fails

Stop changing values. Recheck the model, program, access, wiring, and approved setpoints. Use the product troubleshooting route if those inputs are correct.
