Use the site maintenance plan and component instructions. Record each check and any change made.
Before You Start
Choose a safe service window and tell the operating owner.
Use a qualified electrician for electrical inspection or tightening.
Isolate hazardous energy before opening the enclosure or touching wiring.
Prepare the correct model page, drawing, previous service record, and safe test plan.
Do This
Inspect the enclosure, cable entries, seals, antenna, and visible cables for damage or water ingress.
Check for dirt, corrosion, condensation, heat damage, loose parts, or insect entry.
Inspect power, earth, pump-control, feedback, and stop circuits under the approved safe-work method.
Inspect pressure transmitters, meters, and field sensors that are part of the installation.
Review recent alarms, missing values, and unusual operating changes in Emiko.
Review Partner access, optional local access, and notification recipients.
Run the same safe start, feedback, value, and stop checks used during commissioning.
Record the result, replaced parts, changed values, and next planned service.
Advanced: correct a pump hour counter
Change a counter only when a service record proves that its stored value is wrong. Record the old value, the new value, and the reason for the correction.
TINH1 is the submersible-pump counter.
TINH2 is the pressure-pump 1 counter.
TINH3 is the pressure-pump 2 counter.
Enter the required operating time in seconds. For example, 72000 is 20 hours.
The enclosure is dry, closed, and mechanically sound.
Cables, terminals, sensors, and antenna are secure and undamaged.
Every tested pump starts, reports feedback, and stops as expected.
Pressure and included values are plausible in Emiko.
Access and recipients match current responsibility.
If It Fails
Keep the installation in a safe state. Do not return it to normal operation with an unresolved stop, feedback, power, water-ingress, or pressure fault.
