FlexVander Maintenance

Use the site maintenance plan and component instructions. Record each check and any change made.

Before You Start

Do This

  1. Inspect the enclosure, cable entries, seals, antenna, and visible cables for damage or water ingress.
  2. Check for dirt, corrosion, condensation, heat damage, loose parts, or insect entry.
  3. Inspect power, earth, pump-control, feedback, and stop circuits under the approved safe-work method.
  4. Inspect pressure transmitters, meters, and field sensors that are part of the installation.
  5. Review recent alarms, missing values, and unusual operating changes in Emiko.
  6. Review Partner access, optional local access, and notification recipients.
  7. Run the same safe start, feedback, value, and stop checks used during commissioning.
  8. Record the result, replaced parts, changed values, and next planned service.

Advanced: correct a pump hour counter

Change a counter only when a service record proves that its stored value is wrong. Record the old value, the new value, and the reason for the correction.

Verify

If It Fails

Keep the installation in a safe state. Do not return it to normal operation with an unresolved stop, feedback, power, water-ingress, or pressure fault.

Next Step

Give the owner the maintenance record and any follow-up date.
